Thanks for stopping in to learn more about me, Tyler Kelley. I'm a passionate online marketer with a firm grasp of this ever-evolving medium. I've been leveraging the power of the internet since 1999, and I'm just getting started.

That's the first step, but the real challenge is moving visitors to action by enticing them to call you or complete a purchase on your site, ensuring they continue to revisit your site after the close, and making sure they refer you to their friends and family. So how do you retain customers and earn word-of-mouth referrals on the internet? Connect with your audience!

Today's internet provides several opportunities for us to connect with our audience (blogs, forums, MySpace, Facebook, Twitter, etc.), but if you think all you have to do is spend a few minutes signing up for a free account, think again. The secret to building relationships online is through effective communication. Without it, you run the risk of being tagged as a small business without a clue, a big business trying to make a buck, or worse... a spammer. Don't worry, that's where I come in.

By day, I manage sales and marketing for a growing Pacific Guarantee Mortgage in St. Louis, MO. Mortgage success depends on securing qualified leads. Here's how I've exceeded expectations:

• Increased natural search engine rankings by creating and maintaining search engine optimized web sites.
• Implemented aggressive sponsored search and contextual pay-per-click campaigns via Google AdWords, Microsoft adCenter, and Yahoo.
• Boosted branch awareness through social media pr, community management, and email touch marketing.
• Produced radio advertisements for local and national airplay.
